Proposed NY 2008 Summer Flounder Regulations

Here are the New York State proposed 2008 Summer Flounder Regulations:
Species: Summer Flounder (fluke)
Size Limits: Fish must be 20.5" or larger
Daily Possession limits: 4
Open Season: May 15-Sept 1
*These are not finalized.  They still have to be approved by the Federal Government.
